Internal Medicine West Nurse Practitioners
Connie Hamilton, FNP-BC
Connie is a certified family nurse practitioner. She earned her master’s degree in nursing from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville and her bachelor’s degree in psychology from North Carolina State University. Her clinical interests are in preventive medicine, wellness, diabetes management, hypertension, lipid disorders, and women’s health. Connie joined Internal Medicine West in 2019.
Mikki Jacobs, FNP-BC
Mikki is a certified family nurse practitioner. She earned her master’s degree in nursing from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville after completing her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Tennessee Wesleyan University in Athens. Mikki joined Internal Medicine West in 2022.
Michelle Smith, FNP-BC
Holly Webb, FNP-BC
Board-certified Nurse Practitioner Holly Webb moved to Knoxville in 1986 to attend the University of Tennessee, earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. After working in the intensive care unit at Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge for 7 years, Holly returned to East Tennessee State University where she completed her Master of Science in Nursing specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Holly joined Internal Medicine West in 1999. She is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nursing Credentialing Center. Her clinical interests include wellness promotion, disease prevention and maintenance.
